The conference will consist of plenary sessions for invited talks. An afternoon is devoted to parallel sessions for relatively short contributed papers and posters (an abstract can be sent to apply for a talk).

The program of the Blois 2003 conference "PHYSICAL COSMOLOGY" is presently under construction.
